Only one nomination per individual or organization will be considered across all categories so ensure to select the best category for your nominee
Non-profit organizations and volunteers are eligible for consideration in all categories

Business of the Year–Large (more than 20 employees) (CLOSED)
Presented to a tourism business, facility, event, or attraction with more than 20 employees that provides exceptional visitor experiences that result in a high level of customer satisfaction through the experiences or services provided.
Business of the Year–Small (fewer than 20 employees) (CLOSED)
Presented to a tourism business, facility, event or attraction with fewer than 20 employees that provides exceptional visitor experiences that result in high levels of customer satisfaction through the experiences or services provided.
Presented to a front-line employee in the tourism industry who demonstrates service excellence and has made outstanding contributions to the tourism industry. The nominee has made a lasting and positive impact that enhances visitors’ experiences and creates a high level of customer satisfaction.
Presented to an organization, business, or facility for hosting an event, conference, festival or gala that makes a substantial economic impact within the local community, attracts visitors from outside the community, and creates an outstanding experience for attendees.
Presented to an Indigenous-owned tourism business or operator who delivers an exceptional culturally-based travel experience that is respectful of the ecological, cultural and economic integrity of the host community or area. The product is authentic and promotes or advances Indigenous culture with goals to educate visitors and generate or stimulate economic activity in the region.
Marketing Campaign of the Year (campaign over $2,500) (CLOSED)
Presented to an individual, organization, business or marketing consortium in recognition of a creative or innovative marketing campaign that increases visitation, revenue or other campaign objectives in alignment with campaign goals.

Presented to an organization, tourism business, facility, event or attraction that demonstrates a commitment to economic, social and environmental sustainability and works to mitigate any harmful impact in these areas. The nominee meets the needs of visitors now, while actively protecting and enhancing opportunities for the future.
Presented to a volunteer — or volunteer program — who demonstrates service excellence and has made outstanding contributions to the tourism industry. The nominee has devoted a significant amount of time without financial compensation and has made a long-term positive impact on visitor experience and satisfaction.
