1. Porch Performances at St. Andrews Heritage Centre (Thursday evenings from 6:30 – 7:30 pm in August)
The St. Andrews Heritage Centre is excited to host another season of porch performances this summer 2022 and we want you to join us! Please fill out this form to indicate your interest in performing as part of this exciting concert series at the St. Andrews Rectory & Heritage Centre. Porch Performances is an annual series of free outdoor concerts at the St. Andrews Rectory & Heritage Centre.

3. Live on the Bandstand – Winnipeg Beach (July – September)
Live performances on the Bandstand on weekends over the summer! It was Canada Day in the year 2000 when this beautiful Bandstand experiences its first performance and 20+ seasons later the tradition continues. 4. Free events at South Beach Casino and Resort (August 11, 18 at 7:30pm)
DARREN LAVALLEE – Thursday, August 4th. This free event features Darren Lavallee in the Blue Dolphin. Check out this award-winning fiddle-playing country band.TRACY BONE & THE TRIBAL ROAD – Thursday, August 11th. Tracy Bone is a multi-award-winning singer/songwriter from the Keeseekoowenin Ojibway First Nation in southwestern Manitoba. Catch them in the Blue Dolphin on August 11th. THE STURGEONS – Thursday, August 18th. The Sturgeons perform North American music that feels nostalgic, fresh and spontaneous with a strong sense of Canadian Shield roots.
5. I AM Festival – Ignite Retreats, Teulon, MB (August 12 – 15)
Welcome to an experience that takes the best of a retreat (restore, revive, relax), and the best of a festival (phenomenal music, play, and community) and combines them to create an immersive experience to serve your soul. 6. ROGERKIMLEE Music Festival (August 19-21)
Come out and enjoy the 2nd Annual Eriksdale Music Festival. Events include Live Music, 1st Annual Bike & Car Show ‘n Shine / Kids Bike decorating category, Pancake Breakfast, Rat Guitar Makers Challenge (made from used & repurposed materials), Craft & Market Garden/ Shop Local, Kids Activities, bicycle and fire safety interactive sessions, Farmery Brewed Beer Garden, and Concessions.
- Friday, Saturday Concerts Eve: $20 each in Eriksdale Rec Hall. Canteen & Bar Open.
- Saturday is FREE DAY in Railway Memorial Park, Eriksdale.

7. Stonewall Quarry Days 2022 (August 19-21)
The Stonewall Quarry Days Volunteer Committee is excited to announce the return of Stonewall Quarry Days 2022! After two long years, we can’t wait to invite all of you back to celebrate with us. There are tons of activities and events for the whole family to enjoy during the entire weekend. Wonder Shows midway offers exciting rides and games, each day. Plus, check out the local vendors and entertainment for more fun!

The Petersfield Mallard Park Market is hosting a Vintage Car Show & Shine with a huge Farmer’s Market, Kids Fun Zone, BBQ, and more! Proceeds from our silent auction and 50/50 will help fund repairs to the beloved Mallard Duck statue in Petersfield. Support your community and this important landmark!
11. Boreal Shores Art Tour (August 20-21)
Creativity runs deep in Eastern Manitoba and inspiration flows at every turn. On September 3 & 4, artists in Manitoba’s Interlake invite the public to visit their studios and share a slice of their creative lives. The tour focuses on the art & culture of Interlake communities – essentially a self-guided adventure!
The WAVE Interlake Artists’ Studio Tour is a free, family-friendly tour that offers a unique opportunity to explore artists’ creative spaces. You set the pace, determine the stops, and choose your own art adventure on this self-guided tour.

16. Prairie Dog Central Railway – The Railway Fall Supper (Sept. 10, at 4:30pm)
The Railway Fall Supper has been a firm favourite on Prairie Dog Central’s calendar for 40 years. Join us onboard as our majestic steam locomotive No. 3 leads the way to a sumptuous, made-from-scratch Fall Supper. Each season our passengers devour the offerings of roast turkey, mashed potatoes, vegetables, dressing, cranberry sauce, salad, fresh rolls, and dessert. Take this time to relax with friends and family as you join us for the first of two Fall Suppers. Booking early is recommended as this Event sells out fast.

18. 2022 Under the Boardwalk Show n’ Shine – Winnipeg Beach (September 17 from 12 – 3pm)
19. Red River Paddle Challenge (September 24)
The Red River Paddle Challenge is a 44-kilometre (~27 miles) long-distance paddling race on the Red River beginning in Winnipeg, Manitoba and ending downriver in Lockport, Manitoba. Welcoming all types of paddling craft, including kayaks, canoes, surf skis, outrigger canoes, stand-up paddleboards, voyageur canoes, or other craft. All racers are required to attend a safety briefing at 8:30 a.m. Saturday morning, which will also offer time for questions. The race starts at 9 a.m. sharp. Visit Red River Paddle Challenge for more info.
20. Interlake Dragway in Gimli (August – October)
Interlake Dragway offers you a full day of entertainment for your power-filled engine roaring fans. Generally, racing will begin at 9:30 AM and conclude at 5:30 PM on scheduled weekends. Email via the contact us page. Admission for Spectators: $20.00 on Test and Tune, $20.00 on Race Day, Kids 10 and under are free with an adult.
