Migration Dinner at Oak Hammock Marsh

Treat yourself to an evening combining fine dining and spectacular wildlife at Oak Hammock Marsh! Enjoy a delectable three-course meal in a beautiful setting, followed by an exclusive, private guided viewing of the magnificent migrating geese from the rooftop observation deck.

The Menu

  • Starter (Table Served): Mixed Greens Salad with Maple Vinaigrette

  • Main (Buffet-Style): Choice of Herbed Pork Tenderloin with Sour Cherry Sauce, Pesto Crusted Roast Salmon, or Wild Rice and Quinoa Stuffed Portobello (Vegan/Vegetarian). Served with Garlic Roasted Potatoes and Chef’s Choice Vegetable.

  • Dessert: Autumn Spiced Chocolate Mousse with Brandy Whipped Cream and Gingersnap Crumble, accompanied by Coffee or Tea.

A cash bar will be available throughout the evening.
