An opportunity to explore six restored ships that include the S.S. Keenora, Manitoba’s oldest steamship, built in 1897. Explore the ships, discover how travel on our waterways changed the prairie landscape over 200 years ago, aiding in opening up Manitoba to settlement.
These nautical massive artifacts of life on the water are located at the entrance to Selkirk Park, a vital area in the settlement of the Red River by Lord Selkirk in 1812.
Open 9 am-5 pm Monday to Friday & 10 am-6 pm weekends & holidays from May through September.
