Filling Gimli’s lakeshore is sandcastle building, Fris-Nót tournaments, poetry, art, races, parades, live music, and family fun: much of it completely free.
As one of the oldest continuous ethnic festivals in North America and regularly attended by representatives of the Icelandic government, this world-renowned celebration is a true bucket-list summer experience.
