This burger features a whole chicken breast, lightly coated in house spices, with a garlic-infused local honey drizzle, lemon pepper seasoning, and creamy garlic aioli. Nothing says prairie pride like bison. This one’s a true love letter to local flavour. Featuring a rosemary & roasted garlic bun from Arborg Bakery, aged white cheddar from Bothwell, braised ribeye, and a hand-smashed Black Angus patty, all topped with in-house chimichurri and a nectarine-honey-jalapeño aioli made with Beachside Farm honey. Served with fresh-cut Yukon gold fries, this burger is the Interlake.

Stacked and hearty, this burger doubles down with two beef patties layered with mozzarella, bacon, aioli, and even spinach dip, plus house-made tortilla chips for crunch. A perfect pairing with a pint from the Brew Barn.
For those who love their burgers rich and hearty, Seagulls delivers with a perfectly grilled bison patty, Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, and a crispy fried oyster mushroom. The roasted garlic aioli and butter-toasted brioche bun make this burger worth the drive to Hecla.
